Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Our Extended Returns Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery. All returns must meet the conditions outlined below.

3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached and original packaging included

You may inspect and try on items as you would in a physical store, but we reserve the right to reduce or refuse refunds if items show signs of use beyond this.

Proof of purchase is required.

4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at tastyliftingclub@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

In such cases, we will provide a suitable resolution in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This may include a repair, replacement, or full refund. We will also cover any reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear), unless faulty

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or receiving proof that it has been sent back (whichever is earlier).

Refunds may be reduced if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary.
